More About M2 Performance

What does M2 performance train?
Coordination & Athleticism
How the body works together, not just how strong it is.
Mobility & Stability
Enough mobility to move well, enough stability to stay healthy.
Speed & Acceleration
Teaching athletes how to use rhythm and relaxation to move fast, efficiently.
Power
Learning how to apply force quickly — jumping, throwing, sprinting.
Strength
Building the ability to produce and control force safely.
our philosophy on progressive programming
Athletes do not “jump levels” — they earn progressions.
Progression is based on:
Movement competency, motor control, training age, and limitations.

M2 PERFORMANCE LAB – TRAINING PACKAGES
Fully Coached • Community Driven • Goal Focused
Training Structure & Membership Model:
At M2 Performance Lab, our training is built around consistency, progression, and sustainability. We offer unlimited training sessions for group, private, and semi-private training. Athletes and adults can choose the level of commitment that best fits their goals, schedule, and training history. Each commitment follows the same coaching-intensive model – what changes is the volume and rate of progression based on our coaches recommendations.
Weekly Training Volume Recommendations:
2 Days Per Week
Ideal for foundational development, in-season athletes, or individuals balancing multiple commitments. This option emphasizes mobility, speed, power, total body strength, and conditioning.
3 Days Per Week
Our most popular option. Designed for consistent progress while allowing adequate recovery. Ideal for long-term development and performance gains. This option also emphasizes mobility, speed, power, total body strength, and conditioning.
4 Days Per Week
Built for athletes and individuals seeking accelerated development or higher performance demands. This option allows for more targeted work, greater volume, and advanced progressions while still prioritizing recovery and movement quality. The option emphasizes mobility, speed, power, an upper and lower body training split, as well as conditioning.
