COLLEGIATE PERFORMANCE TRAINING:

Collegiate athletes require a high level of precision, consistency, and adaptability in their training. Our collegiate performance training program focuses on maximizing performance while managing workload, recovery, and injury risk throughout the year.

Training is individualized within a structured system, emphasizing strength, speed, power, movement efficiency, and resilience specific to the athlete’s sport and position. Sessions are designed to complement team training, address gaps, and support athletes during off-season, pre-season, and in-season phases.

The objective is to help athletes perform at their highest level while extending their athletic longevity through intelligent programming and expert coaching.

Athletes middle school age and older complete a comprehensive performance and movement assessment during their initial onboarding period. This evaluation establishes critical movement, mobility, and strength baselines, allowing our coaches to individualize programming, apply precise progressions, and reduce unnecessary injury risk.

This process ensures training is guided by data, not guesswork – improving efficiency, durability, and long-term performance outcomes.

WHAT WE FOCUS ON:

  • Maximizing strength, speed, and power output
  • Sport- and position-specific performance needs
  • Managing training load, fatigue, and recovery
  • Addressing individual movement limitations and asymmetries
  • Supporting in-season, off-season, and return-to-play needs
  • Enhancing performance consistency and availability

M2M (Month-to-Month) (Foundation Package)

The month-to-month membership provides the most flexibility for athletes and families who may have changing schedules or are looking to get started without a long-term commitment. This option allows athletes to experience the M2 Performance Lab training system, receive coaching, and begin building a foundation of movement quality and strength.

While flexible, this option is best suited for short-term needs or trial periods, as long-term progress in strength, speed, and injury prevention is built through co nsistent training over time. Athletes who choose this option are encouraged to transition into a longer commitment as they become more familiar with the program and their individual development goals.

Winter Break (Performance Package)

The 6-month membership allows athletes to move beyond foundational development and begin making meaningful, long-term performance gains. Over this timeframe, athletes are able to progress through structured phases of training that focus on building strength, improving speed and power, and enhancing overall movement efficiency.

This option is ideal for athletes preparing for competitive seasons or looking to significantly elevate their physical development. With consistent training over six months, athletes can expect noticeable improvements in durability, performance output, and confidence in their movement and physical capabilities.

3-Month Commitment (Elite Package)

The 3-month membership is designed to introduce consistency into an athlete’s training routine and begin establishing measurable progress. Over this period, athletes are able to build foundational strength, improve movement patterns, and start developing better control and efficiency within their sport-specific movements.

This commitment level provides enough time for athletes to adapt to structured training and begin seeing early improvements in performance, while still offering flexibility for those navigating seasonal schedules. It is often the first step for athletes transitioning into a more committed and performance-focused training approach.
