Recovery Services

 15 minute Session – Targeted Treatment

A 15-minute session is designed to address ONE SPECIFIC AREA OR TREATMENT NEED. This is ideal for quick recovery work, focused muscle treatment, or post-training maintenance.

Examples may include:

  • Dry needling for one region
  • Targeted soft tissue work
  • Compression therapy
  • Cupping for a specific area
  • Quick mobility or activation work


30 minute Session – Focused recovery 

A 30-minute session allows for MULTIPLE TREATMENT TECHNIQUES OR ATTENTION TO ONE PRIMARY ISSUE WITH GREATER DEPTH.  This is ideal when an athlete needs more thorough work on a problem area or when multiple regions are contributing to discomfort or movement limitations.

 Examples may include:

  • Dry needling + soft tissue work
  • Treatment of two muscle groups
  • Mobility restoration for restricted joints or muscle groups


60 minute session – Comprehensive treatment

A 60-minute session allows for a COMPREHENSIVE, FULL-BODY APPROACH OR IN-DEPTH TREATMENT OF COMPLEX ISSUES. This session is ideal when an athlete requires extensive recovery work, is managing multiple areas of restriction, or needs a combination of treatment and movement-based intervention.

Examples may include:

  • Dry needling combined w/ soft tissue work
  • Full upper or lower body recovery session
  • Integrated treatment across multiple muscle groups and movement patterns
  • Mobility restoration w/ corrective exercises
  • Post-competition or high workload recovery
